Litigation funding

Litigation funding

Most companies run into the question of whether or not to litigate. For example, damages were suffered, a job was not done properly, a contract was breached or payment was not made.

A claim seems promising, but litigation costs a lot of money and time, and the outcome is uncertain. People would rather not take that financial risk. People would rather spend time and money on other things; such as the core business of the company.

Litigation funding can then provide a good solution.
Litigation costs can then be taken off-balance.

Litigation funding can also provide a solution for individuals: for example, in the case of a dispute over a substantial estate, infringement of an intellectual property right, or a class action.
